Today is my 5th day in PUP College of Law and to be honest I'm having a change of heart. I don't know if now is the right time to give up or I'm just carried away by the fact that this really is no longer a dream. I am no longer just dreaming I am now putting everything .. little by little .. into reality! This week was our first meeting with our professors. It has been a great week. Week full of introduction I thought. But I was wrong... Our Statutory Construction Prof gave us 15 cases to study. Legal profession assigned us to review Rule of Court 138-140. Atty. Criminal Law blessed us with 6 looooooooong and complicated cases then here comes Mr. Consti Law with lectures for our first meeting and a task to study everything about a State which I think is an advantage on my part coz my undergrad course is Polscie. Finally, Mr. Nice-high Environmaental Law with 10 cases and lastly Mr. Co-CEFP Prof in Persons and Family Relations assigning us to study the first 2 parts of the Civil Code of the Philippines (Articles 1-36) and Human Relations.

Hi! I'm an aspiring law student at PUP-COL.. Just applied online recently.. May I ask if there's any bearing if you've stated your email address incorrectly on the application form? I know kinda dumb haha.. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteIt's okay .. it won't affect your application :) Good luck with the exam ^^
DeleteHello! I'm a PUP student graduating next year and I'm planning to take up LAW in PUP. May I ask if the written examination is hard? How about the oral exam? Can you give me tips so I can successfully pass the 2 tests? Thank you!
ReplyDeleteHi there! Thanks for reading my blog and for taking the time to send this question . To be honest with you , I really didn't do any preparations prior to the entrance exam in law school . It was a bit hard but I'm sure you can handle them . Mine was an essay type kind of exam . You just have to be honest with your opinions there because they'll be using your answers in the oral exam . You can do it ! Just one thing , be knowledgeable about what's happening around our country coz they'll be asking questions about the current events . You can do it ! About the oral exam, basically it's just like a job interview so you really have to impress them . Another thing , if they happen to ask you some personal questions and you happen to be an emotional person, never ever show them that you were affected by crying in front of them . It will just give them another reason to scare you off from law school . Believe me, it happened to my friend !
DeleteHello! I sent you an e-mail. Hope you reply. :-) Thank you! -Karen Santos
